The hotel is located a short bus ride away from a popular tourist destination. The grounds were beautiful and well-maintained. The breakfast offered was great and there were many options to choose from.

The rooms were basic and needed some maintenance. The air conditioning wasn't great and the fridges weren't working properly.

The Villa Giustinian is a delightful accomodation 30-40 minutes from Venice, and an easy walk to the center of Mirano. The grounds are very well maintained. The rooms are very nicely appointed with antique furniture, and quite comfortable in every aspect. The swimming pool is great on a hot afternoon -- wonderful! The Hotel Staff are first-rate -- helpful and gracious in every aspect a guest might request. Ours was a wonderful stay. We would stay there again on future visits, and would absolutely recommend this Hotel to others. Nicely done Villa Giustinian! Thanks!

Hotel was well situated for trips into Venice. The breakfast was very good. The pool complex was one of the best we had used.

Discovering this wonderful villa a short walk from the city center was a pleasant surprise. The marvellous park, with its refreshing pool and sun baths, is the perfect place to relax. the hotel offers a delicious buffet breakfast and has helpful, friendly staff. Not to be missed is a visit to the cemetery, a unique cultural experience.

Some rooms may need updates.

The location and easy access to transport to Venice and local restaurants.

the place was quiet - the park with all plants around the buildings wonderful - bus stop opposite the villa is very comfortable - wonderful breakfast!!! and the staff is really friendly and helpful all the time -

I recently had a lovely Italian villa experience at this hotel. The location is so breathtaking that it offers a great place of tranquility away from the hustle and bustle. The hotel is also conveniently located, making it easy to reach by bus from Venice. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay. Additionally, the basic amenities in the room were comfortable and quiet, allowing for a restful night's sleep.

My experience at this hotel was exceptional and I cannot think of anything that could be improved.

I like the natyre around the hotel and the maintenance of swimming pool was exellent

Excellent reception, friendly staff and good breakfast. Well located to visit Venice. Stayed there for a few days before boarding cruise ship in Venice. Lovely peaceful surroundings.

During our romantic escape, we were delighted with our room upgrade to a larger standard room. The room was well-equipped and spotlessly clean, providing all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The stunning hotel grounds and pool complex added to the overall charm of the place. the convenient bus stop right outside the hotel allowed for easy transportation to key locations, making it a hassle-free experience.

There were a couple of drawbacks that affected our stay. the air conditioning in our room was not efficient, resulting in discomfort during the heatwave.

The staff were extremely helpful. The location was excellent. the Setting is beautiful. The pizzeria in front of the hotel is excellent and offers a great variety of good food.

The airconditionoing is useless, but there are big windows which allow enough breeze in to make it comfortable.

Very helpful staff, any requests were met with a smile and a positive response. Excellent value for money.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel just a short distance away from Venice. The hotel is set in a vast park, which added to its charm and tranquility. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, giving us great advice on how to save money and make the most of our stay. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a lovely view of the garden. The breakfast provided was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. I was very impressed with the value for money and attention to detail at this hotel.

All was great during my stay at this hotel.

I particularly liked the beautiful reception area of the hotel which beautifully maintained the classic appearance of the building's original owner. The grounds of the hotel too were very relaxing and pleasant. The bus service to Venice was punctual and frequent (every twenty minutes) and not too expensive.

There was a cockerill that thought all the world should join him in being awake at 4 am. He lodged in a building behind my room!

The swimming pool was super, the breakfast was awesome. Very Clean. Free bikes to use. Some really nice staff. Suggest this hotel if you just want a place to get away from it all. Can buy bus tickets and boat tickets for Venice at the hotel. Mirano is a quaint town with boutique type shops. Great pizzarea with good prices across the street but charge 2 euros just to sit down which is instead of a tip I suppose. Can also take out.

The beds were hard and the pillows were flat. The owner sells/gives sunbathing rights to country club locals which gives the feel of being on the outside of a clique. Tired decor. Situated in quite secluded location so not ideal if you want to visit Venice a lot.70 Euro taxi ride from Marco Polo Airport or 2 buses that take over an hour for about 8 Euros. Have to buy each bus ticket separately.
